Subject: East Meadow to Tybee Island move
I would like to thank Allied Van Lines / Bayshore Moving for the excellent job you did in moving our furniture and home goods. All the personnel were professional, helpful and caring from initial contact through delivery. They kept us informed and made our moving experience pleasant and non-stressful.
My uncle met with the packers / movers at the New York end and was very complimentary of all the men. My husband and I met with the movers at the Tybee end and they were great!!! We were especially impressed by Milton, the driver.
We did discover damage to five figurines (four while the movers were here and one additional item later after they had left). We are still unpacking at this time. Milton told us to contact Bayshore to find out how to go about making a claim. Please advise me as to the claim process.
