Just a quick note to thank you for the excellent service we received from you, Brenda and the rest of Bay Shore Storage Warehouse. Our move from Lawrence, NY to Palo Alto, CA went without a hitch, and the furniture seems to be all in one piece.
BTW, would you mind emailing me as an attachment a paid-in-full receipt for the move, one for the $XXX deposit made on 1/8/12 and the other for the rest of the bill of $XXX on 2/8/12? Or you could combine the two for a total of $XXX on one invoice. Our attorney has informed me that the estate will reimburse me entirely for the moving expense, but that I must produce a receipt.
You guys did such a superb job that I am going to recommend you to the real estate broker who handles that area of Lawrence. I don't know how much turnover there is among the home owners out there, but people are always looking for dependable movers.
