Our move went well and the team that did our unloading was exceptional. They were courteous and very careful with out furniture. Being one man short as one person fit not come to work that day they did an extremely good job and were done very quickly. Thanks for that.

With that being said there is some damage to some of our furniture that I will need to make claims on. We have a brand new couch and 2 leather chairs that have damage and a hutch so far. We will be unpacking over the next few weeks but I don't expect to see damage in packed items. Can you please send me the claim form and instructions to complete. Milton did go over it with me during the delivery.

I am, of course, very delighted to have had the 3 gentlemen handling my belongings during my recent move from Freeport to Cambria Heights, Queens. Their professional and courteous attitude, patience and care in handling my belongings and furniture when moving me into the house were very important to my complete customer satisfaction.

I was hesitant about using professional movers because of the unfortunate stories I have heard from friends and family. But once the movers were working I became at ease due to their efficiency and the care that was demonstrated in assisting me in the move.

With a bit of doing, I sought out your name as the CEO but met with less success when trying to reach you by phone. Therefore, I decided to write while all was still fresh in my mind.

As my daughter was planning a move from NYC to Miami and being tied up with her work obligations, I offered my assistance to make the necessary arrangements. In doing so, I obtained estimates from 3 movers and almost immediately narrowed it down to Bay Shore Moving and one other. Although your quote was slightly lower, price was not a factor in my decision making as your competitor agreed to match any quote as long as it was from a major established company and surely Bay Shore Moving met that requirement.

Initially, my immediate instinct was to go with the competition based on the impression left by their estimator and the professionalism in which he presented me with the quotation as well as supplementary materials. However, when I placed a call to Bay Shore Moving to ask some follow up questions I was connected to Michelle. By the time I hung up the phone I was convinced that Bay Shore Moving was the company for me based on Michelle's interest, caring and concern that the move should and would be a pleasant experience. I felt I had someone to talk with if I had an issue or problem vs getting caught up in a corporate nightmare of Voicemail's and dialing prompts. It was 100% because of Michelle that I went with Bay Shore Moving and I felt as a former business owner that you might be interested to know this. From that day until completion of the move las Friday, she did not disappoint one bit and I feel you should be very proud to have her as a member of your team.

All of that being said, our overall experience could not have been better. Whether it was Brenda (terrific) or Jose, all were fantastic and accommodating. The packers couldn't have been nicer and more conscientious and the moving team on both ends led by Danny were absolutely a pleasure. They all made what could have been a stressful experience a most pleasant one and I felt that you should be aware.
