Hi Bob,

I just wanted to send our thanks to you and your staff for an excellent experience with your company.  As you know, my mom moved last week.  We had used your company when we closed her home in Florida last year and were very pleased.  This time around, again, your movers were courteous and very professional.  On Tuesday your packers were very good, and the team of moving men you sent on Wednesday and Thursday were top notch.  They were extremely helpful and polite to both me and my mom and went out of their way to insure that everything was in its place. I wanted to let you know how much we appreciated it.  In addition, I appreciate the time you took to answer all of our questions along the way. 
 
We continue to unpack boxes and get settled, but I did want to thank you very much.
