How far in advance should I schedule my move?
We suggest you schedule your move as early as possible. Scheduling in advance ensures we can accommodate delivery dates or any special requests that you may require.
Do I need an estimate?
In order to give our customers as accurate a price possible, we recommend a free, no obligation moving quote. We offer three different options to make this process as seamless as possible.
One of our moving specialists will visit your home to survey your items and household. The specialist will provide you with a quote based on then number and weight of the items being moved.
An online survey where you enter the items and rooms you are moving to generate a quote.
An AI powered survey using your mobile phone. The AI agent will scan each item and room in your household and generate a quote based on the survey.
How is the cost of my move determined?
If your move is classified as local, the price will be based on an hourly rate. That hourly rate is then applied to the time it takes to complete your move.
If you are moving interstate, the price is determined by the weight and distance of the shipment. The final price can only be determined after the truck has been weighed. Additionally, if extra services are requested or necessary at the time of pick up or delivery, extra charges can be incurred.
When will I be charged?
For an interstate move, all charges are required to be paid prior to the delivery of the shipment. If you are paying with a credit card, an authorization form will be provided to you prior to your delivery date.
What type of packing/unpacking services do you offer?
At the time of your move, you can choose to pack as much or as little as you want. We can pack the entire shipment, pack only a portion of your belongings or you can pack everything yourself.
If you’re interested in our packing services, you can discuss options with your salesperson during your in-home estimate. Your move coordinator can also go over these services or feel free to browse our packing options. We offer different packing services to fit all types of moves and budgets.

Yes. Whether you need short or long term storage, we offer a number of different solutions.
