Hi Bob

I am writing to let you know that my move from NY to FL was terrific, mostly due to the efforts of Carlos. He was the driver for both pick up in New York and unloading in Florida. He was careful, considerate, polite and friendly. He went the extra mile in making sure i was happy with the move in both directions. At one point, he vacuumed my rug before rolling it up to load onto the truck and he moved the same piece of furniture 3 times until i made up my mind.

I can’t recall the last time i had customer service as wonderful as he provided. He also picked a team that was careful and friendly as well. All of my belongings arrived in just a few days, nothing broken or missing and he worked very hard to be sure everything was placed where i wanted in my new home.

Thank you for an effortless, no stress move and please be sure Carlos knows how much he is appreciated as well.
