Good morning. I wanted to thank you and your team for doing such a great job with me and “my belongings” on Saturday. They were prompt, courteous and professional. They were thorough, efficient and strong as well. They listened, gave me their opinions when I asked and paid attention to the details like leveling everything the right way. I know human nature is to grouse about things so to me, as it has always been, it is important to express gratitude and appreciation.

We weren’t sure how to handle the balance because I was not certain of the proper amount when Victor and I spoke. Please let me know what it is and I will pay it on the Card today or whenever you forward it to my attention.
