Although this may be an overlooked task, I feel I must bring to your attention the outstanding customer service I received by your driver Mr. Juan.

I am, of course, very delighted to have had the 3 gentlemen handling my belongings during my recent move from Freeport to Cambria Heights, Queens. Their professional and courteous attitude, patience and care in handling my belongings and furniture when moving me into the house were very important to my complete customer satisfaction.

I was hesitant about using professional movers because of the unfortunate stories I have heard from friends and family. But once the movers were working I became at ease due to their efficiency and the care that was demonstrated in assisting me in the move.

I have finally settled into my home and wanted to take this time to inform you that the movers did a great job. If I move in the future I may continue to utilize the service of Bay Shore Moving & Storage, Inc.
