Dear Mr. Jacoutot,

We recently moved from Bay Shore, Long Island to northern Westchester and are still busy getting settled in. I wanted to write to tell you how pleased we were with the fantastic job that was done by your company. We met with you in October and discussed the move, the billing process, and how the move would be handled. My wife then contacted Tina in your office and she was very helpful in answering more questions about the move, about packing, and what to expect. We even went to the office, had a nice conversation with the owner, Mr. Ralph Montera, and he was kind enough to have one of the ladies give us a tour and show us around the warehouse where our furniture would need to be stored for five months. I was impressed that the large warehouse was very neat, amazingly clean, and well-organized beyond my expectations.

A few days before Christmas, Winston and his crew came and cheerfully, and very carefully, packed up all the furniture, the clothing, the china and crystal glasses, and hundreds of books. The next day they arrived on time, laid out lots of mats, and like a well-trained team they systematically loaded the truck and took our possessions to be stored for five months while we were at our home in Florida waiting for our new home to be completed.

We contacted you in April and you made arrangements with us to deliver our furniture on May first to our new home in Westchester. Again, Winston and his crew arrived on time, laid out plenty of mats and paper as not to mar the new wood floor, and by mid-afternoon all the furniture and boxes were brought to their proper rooms. I noted with pleasure the skill and efficiency with which they worked. I can’t imagine a more friendly and hard-working crew.

If we move again I will be sure to contact your company to do the move. The office staff was very helpful, Winston’s crew was a great group of men to observe and chat with, and the move went without any problems. Any anxiety I had about moving at the beginning proved to be unwarranted. It was a fantastic job all around. Thanks for making the move an easy one and congratulations to you, your office staff, the moving crew, and the management. FIVE STARS !!

Although this may be an overlooked task, I feel I must bring to your attention the outstanding customer service I received by your driver Mr. Juan.

I am, of course, very delighted to have had the 3 gentlemen handling my belongings during my recent move from Freeport to Cambria Heights, Queens. Their professional and courteous attitude, patience and care in handling my belongings and furniture when moving me into the house were very important to my complete customer satisfaction.

I was hesitant about using professional movers because of the unfortunate stories I have heard from friends and family. But once the movers were working I became at ease due to their efficiency and the care that was demonstrated in assisting me in the move.

Another move under my belt!  Please send me the weight on the August 1-2 move and the final amount changed to my credit card.  We had so much less than the last time we moved!

I have to say that Pedro is amazing.  He clearly takes this very seriously, strives to satisfy the customer, has a very pleasant and even temperament, thinks ahead to avoid difficulties, and works really well with his team as both a team member and a leader. Pedro is someone who really has leadership and management potential.

In moving, Pedro carefully thought out how the truck was loaded to make unloading easier and better for everyone - especially me, the customer.  Carpets were the last thing in the truck so they were the first out and were placed in each room.  As furniture was unloaded it could be placed exactly in position.  By the end of the day when the team left, every piece of furniture was in position. I must say, Pedro also has an excellent eye for color and placement of furniture and was a tremendous assistance in getting everything right.

The tractor trailer did prove to be a huge challenge at this location.  Pedro foresaw this during loading on Monday, Aug 1, but we were all wrongly assured that it would not be a problem. Eventually, Pedro figured out it out using a bit of ingenuity!

The team with Pedro was excellent.  They moved everything carefully, quickly, and efficiently.  They paid attention to details like ensuring the pleats on the furnuture were straight as they were wrapped.  Everything came through great!

I have just retained your company to handle my move to Utah. My driver was Randy Brown and I'd like to take a moment to compliment your company and particularly Randy for doing such a great job for my husband and I.

I live on an impossible street for accessibility but this was no problem to Randy. With his efficiency and knowledge, I felt so comfortable letting my belongings go ahead.
