Although this may be an overlooked task, I feel I must bring to your attention the outstanding customer service I received by your driver Mr. Juan.

I am, of course, very delighted to have had the 3 gentlemen handling my belongings during my recent move from Freeport to Cambria Heights, Queens. Their professional and courteous attitude, patience and care in handling my belongings and furniture when moving me into the house were very important to my complete customer satisfaction.

I was hesitant about using professional movers because of the unfortunate stories I have heard from friends and family. But once the movers were working I became at ease due to their efficiency and the care that was demonstrated in assisting me in the move.

Our household posessions were handled with care and stored neatly in the moving van. The unloading was seamless and our things were undamaged.

The gentlemen that moved my belongings were absolutely wonderful!

Dear Mr. Jacoutot,
On September 3rd, I moved from West Islip to Holbrook. 
Let me first begin by saying, the gentlemen that moved my belongings were absolutely wonderful! They were professional and efficient; thanks to them a stressful situation went quite smoothly. The men began working at 8:00am sharply and completed the job by 1:30 pm that afternoon. 
I spoke with a gentleman on the phone as my paperwork was being completed by one of the moving men; he assured me that me credit card would be reimbursed for my overpayment. Unfortunately, this was not the case. The total moving cost should have been $755.75 ( the $12.00 for the mattress bags was paid in cash). My check for the intial deposit of $100.00 was cashed and my credit card was charged $837.75 a total of $937.75. This is an over payment of $182.00. 
I would greatly appreciate it, if you could please look into the matter and make the necessary corrections. As I said earlier, I was most impressed with how smoothly my move went and would love to recommend your company to others.
